Dr. Andy Bayu Nugroho, M.Hum, of the English Literature Study Program, has been appointed as the trainer for a prestigious national workshop organized by Pusat Prestasi Nasional, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, with the goal of enhancing teachers' skills in student talent management initiatives. Nearly a hundred teachers from all over Indonesia attended the workshop.

Dr. Andy was appointed as a trainer because of his well-known national reputation in the field of student development. He has served as a judge and mentor in national debate competitions on multiple occasions. In addition, Dr. Andy is currently developing a handbook for talent development.
