On September 2019, Banyumas held an annual event, Banyumas Tourism Ambassador Contest under Dinporabudpar (Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata) or “Kakang Mbekayu” Safira Hasna Nada, one of the students of English Literature program study, Yogyakarta State University became the first winner, so she became Banyumas Tourism Ambassador who had responsibility to contribute in the field of tourism and culture. The chosen ambassador would be representative who participate in the next stage that is Tourism Ambassador Contest or “Mas Mbak Jawa Tengah”.

To represent Banyumas in Central Java, she did a lot of preparation for about 2 months such as material preparation and appreciation by represent Banyumasan Traditional dance. The event in Central Java was held on November 2019 under Disporapar ( Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga dan Pariwisata). She succeeded achieve the position of the 3rd winner as Central Java Tourism Ambassador. The duty of Central Java Tourism Ambassador is being the representative of Central Java in other Provinces around Indonesia to give her contribution in the aspect of Tourism.

Now, she has to responsibilities as she has to roles as the Tourism Ambassador in English Literature Students. By studying English Literature, she gets many benefits especially in delivering and promoting the contents that she wants to share about tourism.  So that she can do the contribution both locally and globally. As one of English Literature students, who participate in regional and national events, people will notice that she is also be the representative of English Literature. (Safr)
